The Beginner Band rehearses two nights a week, on Mondays & Thursdays 6pm to 7pm. Ages from 10 to adult are welcome to attend, and no experience in music is necessary. You must provide your own instrument and purchase your own copy of the Essential Elements 2000 band book By the end of the education year, September to June, you will be able to proceed into the next section of the Band Society. The Junior Band and is intended for players who have completed a year with the beginner band and are ready to integrate eventually into the intermediate band. There will be one half hour rehearsal each week. .
